Following the success of the 2021 and 2022 Charity Golf Days when over £10k was raised,

supporting LOROS and the Loughborough branch of the MS Society, Rainbows, Prostaid and other Charities

supported by Rotary, the Loughborough Beacon Rotary are delighted to announce that there will be a

2023 Charity Golf Day which will be held on:

Monday 19th June 2023 with a Shotgun start at 13:30.

The venue will again be Longcliffe Golf Club, Snells Nook Lane, Loughborough. LE11 3YA. 

Format: 4 ball AM-AM (any combination). Best 2 scores to count, but with ALL scores to count on the 6th & 18th holes

Handicap Index Limit: Ladies 32, Gents 24. stroke Allowance 90% of the Course Handicap

Entries will be accepted with higher handicap indices, but will be capped at the maximum    

The day will be both fundraising for, and raising awareness of: 

                                

and other charities supported by Rotary. 

             

There will be 1st and 2nd Overall Team prizes plus prizes for the best Men, best Ladies, best

Mixed (2 men and 2 ladies) teams.

There will also be prizes for the "Straightest drive" on the 18th Hole and "Nearest the pin"

on the Par 3's as well as "Nearest the pin in two" on the 10th Hole plus the ever-popular Par 3 Challenge

with a £5 entry to double your money if you land (and remain!) on the 15th green in one.

With a maximum field of 25 teams, early entry is advised

A two course dinner (with a Vegetarian option) plus Tea & Coffee with Chocolates are included in the

Team entry fee of £196 

There will be a Raffle with some really good prizes and after dinner there will be an Auction featuring

some great lots and lots of ‘Rounds of Golf for 4 at many local courses.
