The Charity Golf Day at Longcliffe Golf Club in June is now only 8 weeks away.

A great day out raising significant funds for projects and charities supported by Rotary.

You can win a 4 Ball voucher and/or a Prize Voucher or Prize for:
1st, 2nd, Best Mixed team, Best Ladies team and Best Men’s team, Best any combination
Prizes for Nearest the Pins and Straightest Drives and The Par 3 Challenge
Auction items include Hammer and Pincers voucher, the Isle of Wight holiday cottage, RayBan ladies’ sunglasses, cases of wine, House of Commons whisky, Burleigh Court overnight stay for two with a Spa treatment, and 4 Ball vouchers. There is also many other items coming and the website will be updated on a regular basis.

The 2023 Charity Golf Day raised awareness of
and other charities supported by Rotary and raised
over £5.5k to help MNDA, First Responders and other charities and projects.
The 2024 Charity Golf Day will be held on:
Thursday 20th June 2024 with a Shotgun start at 13:00.
Longcliffe Golf Club, Snells Nook Lane, Loughborough. LE11 3YA will be the venue.
Format: 4 ball AM-AM (any combination). Best 2 scores to count, but with ALL scores to count on the 6th & 18th holes
Handicap Index Limit: Ladies 32, Gents 24. stroke Allowance 90% of the Course Handicap
Entries will be accepted with higher handicap indices, but will be capped at the maximum
The day will be both fundraising for, and raising awareness of charities supported by Rotary including:
There will be 1st and 2nd Overall Team prizes plus prizes for the best Men, best Ladies, best
Mixed (2 men and 2 ladies) teams, and best Mixed (any combination).
There will also be prizes for the "Straightest drive" on the 18th Hole and "Nearest the pin"
on the Par 3's as well as "Nearest the pin in two" on the 10th Hole plus the ever-popular Par 3 Challenge
with a £5 entry to double your money if you land (and remain!) on the 15th green in one.
With a maximum field of 25 teams, early entry is advised
A two course dinner (with a Vegetarian option) are included in the Team entry fee of £210.
There will be a Raffle with some good prizes and dinner will be followed by an
Auction featuring some great lots including meals out, spa treatments, dinner and
overnights for two at local venues as well as ‘Rounds of Golf for 4’ at many local courses.
